Martin is a Director and Digital Payments and Commerce Leader in Deloitte’s Consulting practice. In this role, Martin advises executive management teams in shaping strategic direction, products and customer experiences to thrive in the changing payments landscape. His current area of focus is on topics such as eCommerce, real time payments, open banking, credit and debit cards, and retail and commercial payments. Martin has worked with a range of clients in payment technology, financial services, public sector, retail, and insurance. His engagements have involved strategy development, product design, go-to-market strategy, digital marketing, and customer experience improvement.
Martin has 15 years of experience and started with Deloitte in 2006. He also held leadership roles (Product, Partnerships, Strategy, Marketing) in the Payments and Cards industry. Based in Canada, Martin’s experience with partnerships and clients have spanned across Canada, US, Asia, Latin America and U.K.
Martin holds a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering degree and an MBA from the University of Toronto.
