Megan Chiu

As Deloitte Canada’s WorldClimate leader since June 2021, Megan’s primary mandate is to reduce our environmental impact, including through decarbonization to reach net-zero, achieving green operations, and nature conservation. She advises our executive team and board of directors on investments that will accelerate the transition to a more sustainable future. She is also responsible for empowering people to make an impact on the climate crisis through learning and enablement.

In addition to her internal role, Megan is a director in Consulting, advising clients on driving business value by embedding environmental and social sustainability throughout their organizations. She brings over 15 years of experience helping large clients with business transformation through strategy, analytics, and digital technologies.
