Rachel is a Director in Dispute Advisory Services. She primarily focuses on engagements involving the quantification of economic losses for lawsuits and insurance claims for various industries in Canada. Her clients include litigators, insurance adjusters, and business owners.
Rachel has more than 10 years of experience dealing with damages in the areas of commercial litigation, expropriation, matrimonial disputes, business interruption, and personal injury. She has authored numerous expert reports and advised various mediations, arbitrations, and settlement forums, including the Board of Negotiation.
In 2018, she was selected for the CBV Institute’s Ian R. Campbell Research Initiative to research discounting conventions in economic damages claims. In 2019, she received Chartered Professional Accountants Ontario’s Emerging Leaders Award after being nominated by her peers for making significant contributions to both their workplace and the community.
