She is focused on supporting the integration of business and technology objectives with people and organizational strategy to create adaptable organizational models. Passionate about building a sustainable future for the next generation, she is also the go-to-market leader for ESG across the Canadian insurance portfolio—demonstrating that insurers can play a role in driving environmental change and societal impact.
