Spencer Ord

Spencer is the firm’s Dispute Advisory Services leader for Edmonton. He has more than a decade of professional experience across more than 300 client engagements.

He has worked with government bodies, owner-managed businesses, and large multinational companies in a variety of industries that include technology, energy services, mining services, manufacturing, engineering, construction, transportation, agriculture, forestry, food processing, consumer products, car and motorsport dealerships, hospitality, financial services, software, life sciences, health care, and telecommunications.

Spencer provides expert opinions for financial impact assessments in litigation and dispute matters, expropriations, damages quantification, and business valuations. He has been qualified as an expert witness by the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta.
