Thomas Riisom

Thomas is a partner with Deloitte and leads the national Defence practice, which includes several federal government entities. With nearly 25 years of experience, he provides advisory services to national and international clients, primarily in the areas of public strategy, data-driven decision-making, innovation, analytics, mega-program management, strategic cost transformation, government performance, and policy evaluation. His work is often characterized by a low degree of standardization and a high degree of innovation.

In addition to his work in the public sector, Thomas has also served clients across private and nonprofit sectors. Thomas has been particularly involved with the defence sector in the last decade and has been an engagement partner and trusted advisor on dozens of client projects, many of which have stretched over several years.
