John leads Deloitte’s Digital Forensic and Electronic Discovery service line for the Caribbean and Bermuda Firm with over 13 years of investigation experience for criminal and civil matters. He has advised clients in numerous jurisdictions for a wide range of data-related legal matters including data authenticity, spoliation, intellectual property theft, obstruction of justice, disclosure proportionality, defensible data collection, and expert witness testimony. John has extensive knowledge and experience in the application of technology to effectively conduct criminal and civil forensic investigations and document disclosures in an efficient and cost-effective manner throughout the Caribbean and Americas.

Prior to joining Deloitte in 2011, John worked for the Florida Department of Law Enforcement where he provided crime laboratory and crime scene services to federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies. While working for the department conducting criminal investigations, John also completed his internship for his Digital Forensics Master of Science Degree with the department’s leading digital forensics experts.
