Tiphaney is a partner at Deloitte in The Bahamas and one of the leaders in the firm’s Financial Advisory and Forensic service lines. She specializes in providing insolvency and restructuring services, with significant experience conducting investigative and forensic assignments. She has overseen advisory engagements serving as the Project Manager in a wide range of industries, including the financial services, hospitality and healthcare industries, having worked in The Bahamas, The Turks and Caicos Islands, and Trinidad.

Tiphaney is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), a licenced Public Accountant in The Commonwealth of The Bahamas and a member of INSOL International, a worldwide federation of national associations for accountants and lawyers who specialize in turnaround and insolvency.
