Recruitment Process FAQ’s

First, you’ll want to spend time getting to know Deloitte, and more specifically, learn about our offices and life and work in the Caribbean and Bermuda region. Check out our careers page and our social media channels.

Get to know what about what makes us a great place to work.

Submit your application for the role that interests you online. Once you’ve applied, our Talent team will review your resume and contact successful applicants for interviews.

We hire both internationally and locally, so all are encouraged to apply. This may vary depending on the office and the position.

During interviews, you’ll learn more about our culture, benefits, and our purpose at Deloitte. We’ll also get to know more about you and your experience. We will discuss the onboarding process, and if applicable, any requirements surrounding work permits, visas, and the relocation process.

Once an offer is made, our Talent team will complete reference and background checks. For international hires, you will begin to obtain documentation for your work permit. Typically, you will complete this process three months prior to your start date.

In the meantime, your New Hire Ambassador will be in touch.

Our Ambassador Program is in place to support new hires in answering any questions you may have about the office, or if you’re moving to the island, to provide you with guidance on what to pack, where to find housing, and what to expect once you arrive.

If you are relocating, we’ll provide you with flights and initial housing.

A relocation allowance and an interest-free loan will be made available to you on Day 1 to help with any additional expenses.

For international hires, the firm will provide you with an airport pick-up and will take you to your accommodations.

Take the day to get settled in, and either the firm or your Ambassador will make arrangements to pick you up for your first day of work!
