What is it that has kept you with Deloitte and growing in your career?

Deloitte in the Cayman Islands has been a great place to work and advance through my career. Although there are busy times through the year, the office environment allows for work-life balance.

What do you enjoy most about your role?

I enjoy being able to work with people to resolve issues. I am able to split my role between working on audits and overseeing internal management within the Audit department.

What social, society and/or Corporate Social Responsibility activities have you been involved with at Deloitte?

I have previously volunteered with the Cayman Islands Society of Professional Accountants (CISPA), involved with the CISPA Numeracy Program and CISPA Social Committee. There are several other charitiable initiatives and volunteer work with which I am involved outside of Deloitte.

In your role, where do you believe you've been able to deliver the most value and make an impact that matters?

I have been able to improve the operational efficiency of the Audit department by working to improve processes, taking the time to review and oversee staff scheduling, and working with local Information Technology professionals to improve our infrastructure.
