Deloitte in Bermuda is part of the Caribbean and Bermuda Countries (CBC) member firm. The Deloitte team in Bermuda is dedicated to providing Audit, Tax, Financial Advisory, Actuarial, Secondment, Enterprise Risk and Consulting services to clients across multiple industries in the private and public sectors. Our Bermuda offering includes supporting companies through IPOs, M&A transactions, taxation, adoption of new accounting standards, financial statement and statutory audits covering all classes of insurers writing all lines of business, internal audit and control assurance services, actuarial services, regulatory consulting and many aspects of general business consulting, to private companies and the public sector. Our clients include many large (re)insurance companies and over 200 captives, covering all classes of insurers writing diverse lines of business. We also serve a significant portfolio of asset management companies, including hedge funds, private equity funds and special purpose vehicles. Additionally, our clients include banking institutions, companies in the hospitality industry, and the Bermuda Government and its agencies.
