Summary

On 24 October 2019 under the provisions of the International Business Companies Act Chapter 149 of the Revised Laws of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines 2009 (the “IBC Act”), FENJA Fund Multi Strategy Limited (“the Company”) was placed into liquidation.

The Company complied with all of the requirements for dissolution under the IBC Act and dissolved effective 3rd June 2021. Effective the date of dissolution, the duties and responsibilities of the liquidators were discharged.
