Summary

By an order dated 24 August 2018 of the High Court of Justice of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines under the provisions of the International Business Companies Act Chapter 149 of the Revised Laws of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines 2009 (the “Court Order”), and subsequently amended on 23 August 2019, Mr. lkins Clarke and Mr. Rikhi Rampersad were appointed as Joint Liquidators of Loyal Bank Limited (the “Joint Liquidators”).

This website serves as a means to communicate periodic updates to the creditors and depositors of Loyal Bank Limited (In Liquidation) (“the Bank” or “LBL”) on the Bank’s liquidation proceedings and any other relevant information.
