It has been an exciting two years since joining Deloitte CBC. I found it surprising how there has never been a dull day in internal client services. That’s because our people are diverse and by any measure, not dull!
In addition to my professional development, I discovered new things to try; for example, I have done virtual yoga and even taken the stand to advocate for the inclusion of equal opportunity in leadership
As a leader, the continuous training makes me feel like the firm sees me as an investment and I am motivated to create real value for our internal clients. There is a clear path to career progression and the Deloitte way allows flexibility to maintain a healthy family life.
Before joining CBC, I volunteered my time towards the development of the youth in my community. I soon found that CBC’s Individual Volunteer Program aligned perfectly with my personal goal and together we are now making an impact that matters.
