Purposes of personal data processing

In order to associate your application with a Deloitte CE individual that refereed you, or whose job advertisement you have otherwise followed, and to forward you from Firstbird to Deloitte CE recruitment platform where you can complete the recruitment process, it is necessary to collect and process your personal data in the extent of:

Name, surname and email address.

The provision of your data is necessary if you want to submit your application as part of hiring referral.

Legal basis – legitimate interest

Deloitte collects and processes personal data specified in this privacy notice based on its legitimate interest to optimize the referral recruitment processes by giving you access to FirstBird platform thus allowing you to initiate the recruitment process at Deloitte CE.

Processors of personal data

Your personal data will also be processed on our behalf by Firstbird GmbH, Hietzinger Hauptstrasse 34, 1130 Vienna, Austria – our partner providing the Firstbird platform you are applying through.
The Personal Data may be also disclosed to the competent authorities as authorized by the applicable laws.
The period for which the personal data will be stored: If you do not complete full registration at Deloitte CE recruitment platform, your personal data will be deleted from Firstbird after 30 days. If you decide to continue, relevant privacy information will be presented to you regarding our processing of your data as part of the recruitment process at Deloitte CE.

You have your right to:

• request access to your personal data (and request a copy of the personal data that we process),
• request us to update and correct your personal data (right to rectification),
• request us to delete your personal data (where possible), or
• require a restriction on the processing of your data.

Deloitte zbiera i przetwarza dane osobowe określone w niniejszej Informacji o ochronie prywatności na podstawie uzasadnionego interesu dotyczącego optymalizacji procesu poleceń pracowniczych poprzez umożliwienie Państwu dostępu do platformy Firstbird, a tym samym rozpoczęcia procesu rekrutacyjnego w Deloitte CE.

Podmioty przetwarzające dane osobowe

Państwa dane osobowe będą również przetwarzane w naszym imieniu przez Firstbird GmbH, Hietzinger Hauptstrasse 34, 1130 Wiedeń, Austria - naszego partnera dostarczającego platformę Firstbird, za pośrednictwem której przesyłają Państwo zgłoszenie.
Ponadto dane osobowe mogą zostać ujawnione odpowiednim organom, zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami prawa.

Okres przechowywania danych osobowych:

Jeżeli nie dokonają Państwo pełnej rejestracji na platformie rekrutacyjnej Deloitte CE, Państwa dane osobowe zostaną usunięte z platformy Firstbird po upływie 30 dni. Jeżeli zdecydują się Państwo kontynuować rekrutację, otrzymają Państwo stosowne informacje dotyczące ochrony prywatności w zakresie przetwarzania przez nas Państwa danych w ramach procesu rekrutacyjnego w Deloitte CE.

Mają Państwo prawo do:

• żądania dostępu do dotyczących Państwa danych osobowych (oraz żądania kopii przetwarzanych przez nas danych osobowych),
• żądania aktualizacji i sprostowania przez nas dotyczących Państwa danych osobowych,

Please be informed that for purposes of the recruitment process for a specific position at Deloitte as well as administration of your application submitted in connection with the above, your data need to be processed within such scope and on such terms as set out below:

Scope of personal data to be processed:

• any data and information which you provide in the electronic registration form used for creating an account in Deloitte’s recruitment system or in connection with your application to a specific position;
• any data and information that are created or provided by you during Deloitte’s recruitment process (for instance, the results of your recruitment tests, the data contained
  in your CV/other application documents or the data you provided in the course of the interview with a representative of Deloitte’s Talent Team);
• any data and information which you have disclosed publicly (for instance, through professional social networking sites or when you provide us with the information specified above);
• any data and information that concern you and have been created in the course of the process of your application to a specific position at Deloitte (for instance, notes taken by a representative of Deloitte’s Talent Team during your interview).

In order to ensure compliance with the Terms of Use for Deloitte recruitment platform and provide proper security measures for processing of the data by the platform, it is necessary to collect and process:

Future recruitment processes at Deloitte CE:

• Additionally, with your separate and voluntary consent, your personal data may also be processed by other entities being part of the Deloitte CE group and/or by their subcontractors and/or IT solution providers, for purposes of future recruitment processes, including so that you may receive offers regarding cooperation opportunities and related communication about future cooperation opportunities from the Deloitte CE entities.

Legal basis for processing of personal data:

Where applicable, the basis for the processing of your personal data by Deloitte will be:

• ensuring Deloitte’s compliance with the applicable laws and regulations (e.g. if Deloitte needs to process your personal data - as the potential employer - within the scope and in the manner set out in the applicable laws and regulations, in connection with recruitment for a specific job position);
• performance of the contract to which you are a party or Deloitte’s taking the necessary steps prior to such contract conclusion (e.g. if Deloitte needs to process your personal data under civil law contracts being concluded, in connection with recruitment processes);
• your consent to personal data processing (e.g. if, during the recruitment process, you decide to provide Deloitte voluntarily with your personal data beyond the scope required by the applicable laws and regulations).
• fulfillment of the Terms of Use for Deloitte recruitment platform (contract accepted by the user who created an account) and legitimate interest of Deloitte, that is necessity to provide secure processing of the data by the platform.

Security of personal data:

•  Both Deloitte data controllers and Deloitte’s data processors apply appropriate (technical, physical and organizational) measures in line with the market standard, to ensure confidentiality, integrity and availability of the personal data processed, prevent unauthorized use of or access to personal data and to prevent data breaches (security incidents), in accordance with the guidelines and policies in place at Deloitte CE as well as the applicable laws and regulations.

Personal data retention period:

• The personal data will be stored for the duration of the recruitment process and for an additional period of three 3 (three) years of its end. Following the expiry of the above-mentioned period, the personal data will be anonymized, unless you decide otherwise.
• User’s logs, including IP address collected by the recruitment platform will be stored for 6 months. Deletion of an account will result in user’s logs de-identification.

Rights of the data subject:

Please be informed that - where applicable and to the extent specified by the applicable personal data protection legislation - you have the right to:

•  request from the data controller access to and rectification or erasure of your personal data, restriction of processing, the right to object to processing as well as the right to data portability and the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. • request that your user account in Deloitte’s recruitment system be deleted, by logging in to your user panel and performing the account deletion operation.
  Please also be informed that if you conclude that your personal data are processed by Deloitte unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in charge of personal data protection in the country of your habitual residence.                                                          Should you have any additional questions as to the processing and protection of your personal data, please contact Deloitte at ceprivacy@deloittece.com.
• The provision of your personal data within the scope necessary for the recruitment process, is essential for your participation in a specific recruitment process carried out by Deloitte. Non-provision of the personal data referred to above or any subsequent request to delete, modify or rectify such data may result in the exclusion of your application from Deloitte’s recruitment process. However, as the data subject you may decide not to provide us, in the course of a specific recruitment process carried out by Deloitte, with your personal data beyond the scope necessary for the recruitment process, and your consent in this regard is voluntary.

•  Dodatkowo, pod warunkiem udzielenia przez Ciebie oddzielnej i dobrowolnej zgody, dotyczące Ciebie dane osobowe będą mogły być przetwarzane również przez inne podmioty będące częścią grupy spółek Deloitte CE lub przez ich podwykonawców lub dostawców rozwiązań IT, w celach dotyczących przyszłych procesów rekrutacyjnych, w tym w celu otrzymywania od podmiotów Deloitte CE ofert współpracy oraz powiązanej komunikacji o przyszłych możliwościach współpracy.

Podstawa prawna przetwarzania danych osobowych:

W stosownym przypadku, podstawą przetwarzania dotyczących Ciebie danych osobowych przez Deloitte, będzie:

•  Zapewnienie zgodności Deloitte z obowiązującymi przepisami prawa (np.: w związku z koniecznością przetwarzania dotyczących Ciebie danych osobowych przez Deloitte - jako przez potencjalnego pracodawcę - w zakresie i w sposób wskazany w obowiązujących przepisach prawa, w związku z rekrutacją na konkretne stanowisko);
• Wykonanie umowy której jesteś stroną lub podjęcie niezbędnych działań przez Deloitte przed zawarciem takiej umowy (np.: w związku z niezbędnością przetwarzania dotyczących Ciebie danych osobowych przez Deloitte w ramach zawieranych umów o charakterze cywilno-prawnym, w związku z prowadzonymi postępowaniami rekrutacyjnymi);
• Twoja zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych (np.: w sytuacji w której w ramach procesu rekrutacyjnego zdecydujesz się dobrowolnie udostępnić Deloitte dane osobowe w szerszym zakresie, niż wymagany obowiązującymi przepisami prawa).
• Wywiązywanie się z Warunków Użytkowania portalu (tj. umowy zawieranej przez użytkownika zakładającego konto w portalu) oraz prawnie uzasadniony interes Deloitte polegający na konieczności zapewnienia bezpiecznego przetwarzania danych przez platformę.

Bezpieczeństwo danych osobowych:

• Administratorzy danych oraz podmioty przetwarzające Deloitte stosują odpowiednie środki (techniczne, fizyczne oraz organizacyjne) zgodne ze standardem rynkowym, w celu zapewnienia poufności, integralności i dostępności przetwarzanych danych osobowych, zapobiegania nieuprawnionemu użyciu czy dostępowi do danych osobowych, jak również zapobiegania naruszeniu ochrony danych (incydentowi bezpieczeństwa) zgodnie z wytycznymi i politykami Deloitte CE oraz obowiązującymi przepisami prawa.

Okres retencji danych osobowych:

•  Dane osobowe będą przechowywane przez okres trwania procesu rekrutacyjnego oraz przez dodatkowe 3 (trzy) lata po zakończeniu tego procesu. Po upływie powyższego okresu, dane osobowe zostaną zanonimizowane, o ile nie zdecydujesz inaczej.
• Logi użytkownika konta, zawierające adres IP, będą przechowywane przez 6 miesięcy od momentu udanej bądź nieudanej próby logowania. Wcześniejsze usunięcie konta przez użytkownika będzie skutkowało de-identyfikacją logów.

Uprawnienia podmiotu danych (osoby, której dane dotyczą):

Informujemy, o przysługującym Tobie prawie - w stosownym przypadku i w zakresie określonym obowiązującymi przepisami prawa dotyczącymi ochrony danych osobowych - do:

• żądania od administratora dostępu do dotyczących Ciebie danych osobowych, ich poprawienia lub usunięcia, ograniczenia przetwarzania danych osobowych, złożenia sprzeciwu względem przetwarzania danych osobowych, a także prawie do przenoszenia danych oraz wycofania udzielonej przez Ciebie zgody w każdym czasie; (co pozostaje bez wpływu na legalność przetwarzania danych, którego dokonano przed wycofaniem takiej zgody).
