Information on your personal data processing

In order to execute your job application and conduct the hiring process for the selected position it is necessary to collect and process your personal data in the following scope:

• data that you fill into the web-form when applying for the respective job, or when creating you user profile 
• data that you create or provide during the hiring process (test results or data included in your CV or shared during your interview with our Talent representatives)¹ 
• data about yourself that you make publicly available (on your social site profiles for example) 
• data created or provided by our Talent representatives during the hiring process (notes from interviews for example).

In order to ensure compliance with the Terms of Use for
Deloitte recruitment platform and provide proper security measures, based on
our legitimate interest and to be able to verify the fulfillment of ToU, it is
necessary to collect and process:

• data about access to your account collected by the recruitment platform (user’s logs, including your IP address)

by the following entities that belong to the Deloitte² CE³ group of companies or by their vendors or administrative services and IT suppliers:

The personal data controller and data processor(s) established technological, physical, administrative and procedural safeguards all in line with the industry accepted standards in order to protect and ensure the confidentiality, integrity or accessibility of the personal data processed; prevent the unauthorized use of or unauthorized access to the personal data or prevent a personal data breach (security incident) in accordance with Deloitte CE instructions, policies and applicable laws.

The personal data will be made accessible to the following personal data recipients or categories of recipients:

Deloitte Talent team representatives, members of the respective Deloitte team/Deloitte CE leadership, Deloitte CE Pol-Baltics cluster Talent team leadership.
The personal data may be also disclosed to the public authorities which may receive personal data in the framework of a particular inquiry in accordance with the applicable laws.

The period for which the personal data will be stored is:
1 year
After this period expires your personal data will be fully anonymized or deleted.
User’s logs, including IP address collected by the recruitment platform will be stored for 6 months. Deletion of an account will result in user’s logs de-identification.
 

You acknowledge that as a personal data subject you have the right to request access to your personal data and rectification or erasure of your personal data, or a restriction on the processing, as well as the right to data portability.  You may access, update or remove data from the system, as well as delete your account permanently by logging into your user account. To ask for data portability please send an e-mail request to the data controller at: CEprivacy@deloitte.com or eesti@deloitteCE.com
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a personal data supervisory authority in the country of your residence.

As a data subject you may decide not to provide your personal data however in such case your application will have to be excluded from the hiring process. The same applies to your request to rectify or erase your data at a later date during the hiring process.

¹ Please note that Deloitte is interested only in data that is clearly related to your professional experience, training, education and skills; data that are not related and/or relevant to the job performance including data concerning your private life is not required and expected, please make sure that such data is not part of your CV that will be provided to Deloitte.

Teave teie isikuandmete töötlemise kohta

Kandideerimistaotluse täitmiseks ja valitud ametikohale värbamisprotsessi läbiviimiseks on vaja koguda ja töödelda teie isikuandmeid järgmises ulatuses:

• andmed, mille täidate – veebivormi vastavale töökohale kandideerimisel või kasutajaprofiili loomisel
• andmed, mida loote või esitate värbamisprotsessi käigus (testitulemused või andmed, mis sisalduvad teie CV-s või mida jagati intervjuu ajal meie talentide esindajatega)
• andmed enda kohta, mille teete avalikult kättesaadavaks (näiteks oma suhtlussaidide profiilides)
• andmed, mille on loonud või esitanud meie talentide esindajad värbamisprotsessi käigus (näiteks intervjuude märkmed).

Tagamaks vastavust Deloitte värbamisplatvormi kasutustingimustega ja vajalike turvameetmete rakendamist, ning tulenevalt meie õiguspärastest huvidest ja vajadusest tagada kasutustingimuste täitmine, on vaja koguda ja töödelda:

• värbamisplatvormi kogutud andmeid seoses ligipääsuga teie kasutajakontole (kasutuslogid, sh IP aadress)

Isikuandmete vastutav töötleja ja andmetöötleja(d) kehtestasid tehnoloogilised, füüsilised, halduslikud ja menetluslikud kaitsemeetmed, mis kõik on kooskõlas tööstusharu poolt aktsepteeritud standarditega, et kaitsta ja tagada töödeldavate isikuandmete konfidentsiaalsus, terviklikkus või kättesaadavus; takistada isikuandmete volitamata kasutamist või volitamata juurdepääsu või vältida isikuandmete rikkumist (turvaintsidenti) vastavalt Deloitte CE juhistele, eeskirjadele ja kohaldatavatele seadustele.

Isikuandmed tehakse kättesaadavaks järgmistele isikuandmete vastuvõtjatele või vastuvõtjate kategooriatele:
Deloitte Talenti meeskonna esindajad, Deloitte meeskonna/Deloitte CE juhtkonna liikmed, Deloitte CE Pol-Baltics klastri Talent meeskonna juhtimine.
Isikuandmeid võib avaldada ka riigiasutustele, kes võivad saada isikuandmeid konkreetse uurimise raames vastavalt kehtivatele seadustele.

Ajavahemik, mille jooksul isikuandmeid säilitatakse, on:
1 aasta
Pärast selle perioodi lõppu teie isikuandmed tehakse täielikult anonüümseks või kustutatakse.
Värbamisplatvormi kogutud kasutuslogisid, sh IP aadresse, säilitatakse 6 kuud. Kasutajakonto kustutamisega tehakse kasutaja kasutuslogid tuvastamatuks.

Te tunnistate, et isikuandmete subjektina on teil õigus taotleda juurdepääsu oma isikuandmetele ja parandada või kustutada oma isikuandmeid või piirangut töötlemisele, samuti õigust andmete teisaldamisele. Võite süsteemi andmetele juurde pääseda, neid värskendada või sealt eemaldada ning oma konto jäädavalt kustutada, logides sisse oma kasutajakontole. Andmete teisaldamise küsimiseks saatke andmetöötlejale e-posti taotlus juures:

Samuti on teil õigus esitada kaebus oma elukohariigi isikuandmete järelevalve asutusele.

Andmesubjektina võite otsustada oma isikuandmeid mitte esitada, kuid sellisel juhul tuleb teie taotlus värbamisprotsessist välja jätta. Sama kehtib ka teie taotluse kohta parandada või kustutada oma andmed hiljem värbamisprotsessi ajal.
