Information on your personal data processing

In order to execute your job application and conduct the hiring process for the selected position it is necessary to collect and process your personal data in the following scope:

• data that you fill –into the web-form when applying for the respective job, or when creating you user profile
• data that you create or provide during the hiring process (test results or data included in your CV or shared during your interview with our Talent representatives)¹
• data about yourself that you make publicly available (on your social site profiles for example)
• data created or provided by our Talent representatives during the hiring process (notes from interviews for example).

In order to ensure compliance with the Terms of Use for Deloitte recruitment platform and provide proper security measures, based on our legitimate interest and to be able to verify the fulfillment of ToU, it is necessary to collect and process:

• data about access to your account collected by the recruitment platform (user’s logs, including your IP address)
  

In order to facilitate the hiring process, an optional application method is the 'Apply with LinkedIn' functionality, which populates the following LinkedIn profile data:

• your name, surname, email address, LinkedIn profile URL and phone number (phone number is not compulsory). 
  By using this option to apply for a job offer in Deloitte, you accept LinkedIn's Privacy Policy and User Agreement.

The personal data controller and data processor(s) established technological, physical, administrative and procedural safeguards all in line with the industry accepted standards in order to protect and ensure the confidentiality, integrity or accessibility of the personal data processed; prevent the unauthorized use of or unauthorized access to the personal data or prevent a personal data breach (security incident) in accordance with Deloitte CE instructions, policies and applicable laws.

The personal data will be made accessible to the following personal data recipients or categories of recipients:
Deloitte Talent team representatives, members of the respective Deloitte team/Deloitte CE leadership

The personal data may be also disclosed to the public authorities which may receive personal data in the framework of a particular inquiry in accordance with the applicable laws.

The period for which the personal data will be stored is: 14 days

After this period expires your personal data will be fully anonymized or deleted.

User’s logs, including IP address collected by the recruitment platform will be stored for 6 months. Deletion of an account will result in user’s logs de-identification.

You acknowledge that as a personal data subject you have the right to request access to your personal data and rectification or erasure of your personal data, or a restriction on the processing or to object to the processing, as well as the right to data portability. You may access, update or remove data from the system, as well as delete your account permanently by logging into your user account. To object to data processing and to ask for data portability please send an e-mail request to the data controller at: CESouthHRTeam@deloitte.com

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a personal data supervisory authority in the country of your residence.

As a data subject you may decide not to provide your personal data however in such case your application will have to be excluded from the hiring process. The same applies to your request to rectify or erase your data at a later date during the hiring process.

Informacije o obradi vaših osobnih podataka

da biste izvršili prijavu za posao i proveli postupak zapošljavanja za odabrano radno mjesto, potrebno je prikupiti i obraditi vaše osobne podatke u sljedećem opsegu:

• podaci koje ispunite – u web-obrazac prilikom prijave za odgovarajući posao ili prilikom stvaranja korisničkog profila
• podatke koje izradite ili pružite tijekom postupka zapošljavanja (rezultati testiranja ili podaci uključeni u vaš životopis ili podijeljeni tijekom razgovora s našim predstavnicima Talent tima)ⁱ
• podatke o sebi koje činite javno dostupnima (na primjer, na profilima društvenih stranica)
• podatke koje su stvorili ili pružili naši predstavnici talenata tijekom procesa zapošljavanja (primjerice bilješke iz intervjua).

Kako bi se osigurala usklađenost s Uvjetima korištenja Deloitteove platforme za zapošljavanje i osigurale odgovarajuće sigurnosne mjere, na temelju našeg legitimnog interesa i kako bi se moglo provjeriti ispunjenje Uvjeta korištenja, potrebno je prikupiti i obraditi:

•  podatke o pristupu vašem računu koje prikuplja platforma za zapošljavanje (korisnički zapisi, uključujući vašu IP adresu)

Kako bi se olakšao postupak zapošljavanja, neobavezna metoda prijave je funkcija "Primijeni s LinkedInom", koja popunjava sljedeće podatke LinkedIn profila:

• vaše ime, prezime, adresa e-pošte, URL LinkedIn profila i telefonski broj (telefonski broj nije obvezan).

Korištenjem ove opcije za prijavu za ponudu za posao u Deloitteu prihvaćate LinkedIn-ova pravila o privatnosti i Korisnički ugovor.

Voditelj obrade osobnih podataka i izvršitelj obrade podataka uspostavili su tehnološke, fizičke, administrativne i proceduralne zaštitne mjere sve u skladu s prihvaćenim standardima industrije kako bi se zaštitila i osigurala povjerljivost, cjelovitost ili dostupnost obrađenih osobnih podataka; spriječiti neovlaštenu uporabu ili neovlašteni pristup osobnim podacima ili spriječiti kršenje osobnih podataka (sigurnosni incident) u skladu s uputama, pravilima i primjenjivim politikama tvrtke Deloitte CE.

Osobni podaci bit će dostupni sljedećim primateljima osobnih podataka ili kategorijama primatelja:
Predstavnici Deloitte Talent tima, članovi odgovarajućeg Deloitte tima / Deloitte CE vodstva

Osobni podaci mogu se otkriti i javnim tijelima koja mogu primati osobne podatke u okviru određene istrage u skladu s mjerodavnim propisima.

Razdoblje za koje će se osobni podaci pohranjivati je: 14 dana

Korisnički zapisi, uključujući IP adresu koju je prikupila platforma za zapošljavanje, čuvat će se 6 mjeseci. Brisanje korisničkog računa rezultirat će deidentifikacijom korisničkih zapisa.

Nakon isteka tog razdoblja vaši osobni podaci bit će u potpunosti anonimizirani ili izbrisani.

Prihvaćate da kao ispitanik imate pravo zatražiti pristup svojim osobnim podacima i ispraviti ili izbrisati svoje osobne podatke, ili ograničenje obrade ili prigovor na obradu, kao i pravo na prenosivost podataka. Možete pristupiti, ažurirati ili ukloniti podatke iz sustava, kao i trajno izbrisati svoj račun prijavom na svoj korisnički račun. Da biste uložili prigovor na obradu podataka i zatražili prenosivost podataka, pošaljite zahtjev e-poštom voditelju obrade u: CESouthHRTeam@deloitte.com

Također imate pravo podnijeti pritužbu nadzornom tijelu za osobne podatke u zemlji vašeg prebivališta.

Kao ispitanik možete odlučiti da nećete dati svoje osobne podatke, ali u tom slučaju vaša će prijava morati biti isključena iz postupka zapošljavanja. Isto vrijedi i za vaš zahtjev za ispravljanje ili brisanje podataka kasnije tijekom postupka zapošljavanja.
