Information on your personal data processing

In order to execute your job application and conduct the hiring process for the selected position it is necessary to collect and process your personal data in the following scope, and to the extent allowed by the applicable local laws:

• data that you fill –into the web-form when applying for the respective job, or when creating you user profile
• data that you create or provide during the hiring process (test results or data included in your CV or shared during your interview with our Talent representatives)¹
• data about yourself that you make publicly available (on your social site profiles for example)
• data created or provided by our Talent representatives during the hiring process (notes from interviews for example).

In order to ensure compliance with the Terms of Use for Deloitte recruitment platform and provide proper security measures, based on our legitimate interest and to be able to verify the fulfillment of ToU, it is necessary to collect and process:

• data about access to your account collected by the recruitment platform (user’s logs, including your IP address)

In order to facilitate the hiring process, an optional application method is the 'Apply with LinkedIn' functionality, which populates the following LinkedIn profile data:

• your name, surname, email address, LinkedIn profile URL and phone number (phone number is not compulsory). 

By using this option to apply for a job offer in Deloitte, you accept LinkedIn's Privacy Policy and User Agreement.

The personal data controller and data processor(s) established technological, physical, administrative and procedural safeguards all in line with the industry accepted standards in order to protect and ensure the confidentiality, integrity or accessibility of the personal data processed; prevent the unauthorized use of or unauthorized access to the personal data or prevent a personal data breach (security incident) in accordance with Deloitte CE instructions, policies and applicable laws.

The personal data will be made accessible to the following personal data recipients or categories of recipients:
Deloitte Talent team representatives, members of the respective Deloitte team/Deloitte CE leadership
The personal data may be also disclosed to the public authorities which may receive personal data in the framework of a particular inquiry in accordance with the applicable laws.

The period for which the personal data will be stored is:
1 year

After this period expires your personal data will be fully anonymized or deleted.
User’s logs, including IP address collected by the recruitment platform will be stored for 6 months. Deletion of an account will result in user’s logs de-identification.

You acknowledge that as a personal data subject you have the right to request access to your personal data and rectification or erasure of your personal data, or a restriction on the processing or to object to the processing, as well as the right to data portability. You may access, update or remove data from the system, as well as delete your account permanently by logging into your user account. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a personal data supervisory authority in the country of your residence.

As a data subject you may decide not to provide your personal data however in such case your application will have to be excluded from the hiring process. The same applies to your request to rectify or erase your data at a later date during the hiring process.

Informacije o obradi vaših ličnih podataka

Da bismo obradili vašu prijavu za posao i zaposlili odgovarajućeg kandidata na odabrano radno mesto, neophodno je da prikupimo i obradimo vaše lične podatke u dole navedenom obimu, u meri u kojoj je to dozvoljeno važećim zakonima:

• podaci koje vi unosite – u obrazac na veb strani prilikom prijave za radno mesto ili prilikom kreiranja korisničkog profila;
• podaci koje kreirate ili dostavljate tokom procesa zapošljavanja (rezultati testova ili podaci koji su sadržani u vašem CV ili koje ste saopštili tokom razgovora sa našim predstavnicima Službe za ljudske resurse i Tima za talente);¹
• podaci o vama koje vi učinite javno dostupnim (na primer, vaši profili na veb sajtovima društvenih mreža);
• podaci o vama koje su kreirali ili dostavili naši predstavnici Tima za talente tokom procesa zapošljavanja (na primer, beleške načinjene tokom razgovora).

Kako bismo obezbedili usklađenost sa Uslovima korišćenja Deloitte platforme za zapošljavanje i pružili odgovarajuće mere zaštite, po osnovu našeg legitimnog interesa i da bismo mogli da potvrdimo izvršenje Uslova korišćenja, neophodno je da prikupimo i obradimo:

• podatke o pristupu vašem nalogu koje prikuplja platforma za zapošljavanje (evidencije o korisniku, uključujući vašu IP adresu)

Kako bi se olakšao proces zapošljavanja, imate opciju prijave putem „Prijave putem LinkedIn-a“, koja će popuniti sledeće podatke iz vašeg LinkedIn profila: 

• vaše ime i prezime, e-mail adresa, URL vašeg LinkedIn profila i broj telefona (broj telefona nije obavezan). 

Korišćenjem ove opcije za prijavu za posao u Deloitte-u, prihvatate LinkedIn Pravila o privatnosti i Korisnički ugovor.

Rukovalac (kontrolor) ličnih podataka i obrađivač(i) će uspostaviti tehnološke, fizičke i administrativne mere zaštite u skladu sa standardima prihvaćenim u ovoj delatnosti da bi zaštitili i osigurali poverljivost, integritet ili dostupnost ličnih podataka koji su predmet obrade; da bi sprečili neovlašćeni pristup ličnim podacima ili narušavanje ličnih podataka (bezbednosni incident) u skladu sa instrukcijama i politikama Deloitte-a CE i važećim zakonskim propisima.

Lični podaci biće dostupni sledećim primaocima ili kategorijama primalaca ličnih podataka:
Predstavnici Deloitte-ovog Tima za talente, članovi timova lokalnih društava u sastavu Deloitte-a/rukovodstvo Deloitte CE

Lični podaci se takođe mogu obelodaniti nadležnim državnim organima u okviru konkretne istrage ili upita a u skladu sa važećim zakonskim normama.
Period čuvanja ličnih podataka traje: 1 godina.

Nakon isteka navedenog perioda, vaši lični podaci biće u celosti anonimizovani osim ako vi drugačije ne odlučite.
Evidencije o korisniku, uključujući IP adresu koju prikuplja platforma za regrutaciju, čuvaju se 6 meseci. Evidencije o korisniku će biti automatski de-identifikovane po brisanju naloga.

Prihvatate da kao nosilac ličnih podataka imate pravo da zahtevate pristup svojim ličnim podacima, pravo da lične podatke korigujete ili izbrišete ili ograničite obradu ili osporite obradu ličnih podataka, kao i pravo na prenos podataka. Možete pristupati svojim ličnim podacima, ažurirati ih ili ukloniti iz sistema. Takođe, možete trajno izbrisati svoj korisnički nalog nakon prijave na isti. Da biste osporili obradu podataka ili zatražili da se omogući prenosivost podataka obratite se rukovaocu podataka putem e-email-a sa vašim zahtevom upućenim rukovaocu podataka na sledeću adresu: cersprivacy@deloittece.com ili https://www2.deloitte.com/rs/sr.html.

Takođe imate pravo da uložite žalbu organu nadležnom za nadzor nad ličnim podacima u zemlji čiji ste državljanin.

Kao nosilac ličnih podataka, možete odlučiti da ne date saglasnost za njihovu obradu. U tom slučaju, vaša prijava će biti isključena iz procesa odabira zaposlenih za odabrano radno mesto. Isto važi i u slučaju da naknadno zatražite korekciju ili brisanje podataka tokom procesa zapošljavanja kandidata.
