Information on your personal data processing

In order to establish the employment relationship, it is necessary to collect and process your personal data in the following scope:

Data necessary for the preparation of the employment contract in accordance with the requirements of the Labour Law no.03/L-022 as presented in the respective questionnaire displayed in the sstem.

In order to ensure compliance with the Terms of Use for Deloitte onboarding platform it is necessary to collect and process:

• access data collected by the onboarding platform (visitor’s IP address and user data indicated in Cookie Notice).

by the following entities that belong to the Deloitte¹ CE² group of companies or by their vendors or administrative services and IT suppliers:

The personal data controller and data processor(s) established technological, physical, administrative and procedural safeguards all in line with the industry accepted standards in order to protect and ensure the confidentiality, integrity or accessibility of the personal data processed; prevent the unauthorized use of or unauthorized access to the personal data or prevent a personal data breach (security incident) in accordance with Deloitte CE instructions, policies and applicable laws.

The personal data will be made accessible to the following personal data recipients or categories of recipients:
Deloitte Talent team representatives, members of the respective Deloitte team/Deloitte CE leadership
The personal data may be also disclosed to the public authorities which may receive personal data in the framework of a particular inquiry in accordance with the applicable laws.

The period for which the personal data provided by you and collected in the onboarding process will be stored is:
i) For the period of preparation of the employment contract and in case the contract is not signed the data should be deleted immediately, no later than 1 week thereafter.
ii) if employment contract is signed for a duration of an employment and a period of three months after the termination of the employment relationship or as required by applicable law.
Visitor’s IP address collected by the recruitment platform will be stored for 6 months.

After this period expires your personal data will be fully anonymized or deleted.

You acknowledge that as a personal data subject you have the right to request access to your personal data and rectification or erasure of your personal data, or a restriction on the processing or to object to the processing, as well as the right to data portability. You may access, update or remove data from the system, as well as delete your account permanently by logging into your user account. To object to data processing and to ask for data portability please send an e-mail request to the data controller at: kosova@deloittece.com

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a personal data supervisory authority in the country of your residence.

As a data subject, you may choose not to provide your personal data, but in such case it will not be possible to prepare and sign an employment contract. The same applies to your request to rectify or erase your data at a later date during the hiring process.

By acknowledging the information on your personal data processing you also confirm that you acknowledge that during the onboarding process you may receive confidential information regarding Deloitte Central Europe and DTTL affiliates (including but not limited to anything confidential shared or learnt during the hiring process, including information included in the offer letter or in the employment contract proposal or any other Deloitte internal information), and you are obliged to treat all this information as confidential, which means that you are prohibited from disseminating or disclosing it or using this information for any other purpose than the purposes stipulated herein.
The confidentiality obligations contained herein shall remain in full force and effect until the data remain confidential (not known or publicly available) or for a period of five years, whichever is longer.
Non-adherence to the above may result in appropriate actions in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.

Kontrolluesi i të dhënave personale dhe përpunuesi(ët) e të dhënave kanë vendosur masa mbrojtëse teknologjike, fizike, administrative dhe procedurale, të gjitha në përputhje me standardet e pranuara nga industria, në mënyrë që të mbrojnë dhe të sigurojnë konfidencialitetin, integritetin ose aksesin në të dhënat personale të përpunuara; parandalojnë përdorimin e paautorizuar ose aksesin e paautorizuar në të dhënat personale ose parandalojnë një shkelje të të dhënave personale (incident sigurie) në përputhje me udhëzimet, politikat dhe ligjet në fuqi të Deloitte CE.

Të dhënat personale do të bëhen të aksesueshme për marrësit e mëposhtëm të të dhënave personale ose kategoritë e marrësve:
Përfaqësues të ekipit të Deloitte Talent, anëtarë të ekipit përkatës të Deloitte / udhëheqjes të Deloitte CE

Të dhënat personale mund t'u zbulohen gjithashtu autoriteteve publike të cilat mund të marrin të dhëna personale në kuadrin e një hetimi të veçantë në përputhje me ligjet në fuqi.

Periudha për të cilën do të ruhen të dhënat pesonale është:
i) Për periudhën e përgatitjes së kontratës së punës dhe në rast se kontrata nuk është lidhur, të dhënat duhet të fshihen menjëherë, jo më vonë se pas 1 jave.
ii) nëse kontrata e punës është nënshkruar për një kohëzgjatje pune dhe për një periudhë tre mujore, pas përfundimit të marrëdhënies së punës ose siç kërkohet nga ligji në fuqi.
Adresa IP e vizitorit e mbledhur nga platforma e rekrutimit do të ruhet për 6 muaj.

Pas skadimit të kësaj periudhe, të dhënat tuaja personale do të anonimizohen ose fshihen plotësisht.

Ju pranoni se si subjekt i të dhënave personale keni të drejtën të kërkoni akses në të dhënat tuaja personale dhe korrigjimin ose fshirjen e të dhënave tuaja personale, ose një kufizim në përpunim ose për të kundërshtuar përpunimin, si dhe të drejtën për portabilitetin e të dhënave. Ju mund të aksesoni, përditësoni ose hiqni të dhënat nga sistemi, si dhe të fshini llogarinë tuaj përgjithmonë duke aksesuar në llogarinë tuaj të përdoruesit. Për të kundërshtuar përpunimin e të dhënave dhe për të kërkuar portabilitetin e të dhënave, ju lutemi dërgoni një kërkesë me email tek kontrolluesi i të dhënave në: kosova@deloittece.com

Ju gjithashtu keni të drejtë të bëni një ankesë pranë një autoriteti mbikëqyrës të të dhënave personale në vendin e banimit tuaj.

Mos respektimi i sa më sipër mund të rezultojë në marrjen e masave të duhura në përputhje me ligjet dhe rregulloret në fuqi.
