Information on your personal data processing

In order to establish the employment relationship, it is necessary to collect and process your personal data in the following scope:

• data necessary for the preparation of the employment contract in accordance with the requirements of the Labour Code of the Republic of Lithuania, as presented in the respective questionnaire displayed in the system.

In order to ensure compliance with the Terms of Use for Deloitte onboarding platform it is necessary to collect and process:

• access data collected by the onboarding platform (visitor’s IP address and user data indicated in Cookie Notice).

by the following entities that belong to the Deloitte¹ CE² group of companies or by their vendors or administrative services and IT suppliers:

The personal data controller and data processor(s) established technological, physical, administrative and procedural safeguards all in line with the industry accepted standards in order to protect and ensure the confidentiality, integrity or accessibility of the personal data processed; prevent the unauthorized use of or unauthorized access to the personal data or prevent a personal data breach (security incident) in accordance with Deloitte CE instructions, policies and applicable laws.

The personal data will be made accessible to the following personal data recipients or categories of recipients:
Deloitte Talent team representatives, members of the respective Deloitte team/Deloitte CE leadership
The personal data may be also disclosed to the public authorities which may receive personal data in the framework of a particular inquiry in accordance with the applicable laws.

The period for which the personal data provided by you and collected in the onboarding process will be stored is:
i) For the period of preparation of the employment contract and in case the contract is not signed the data should be deleted immediately, no later than 1 week thereafter.
ii) if employment contract is signed for a duration of an employment and a period of three months after the termination of the employment relationship or as required by applicable law.
Visitor’s IP address collected by the recruitment platform will be stored for 6 months.
After this period expires your personal data will be fully anonymized or deleted.

You acknowledge that as a personal data subject you have the right to request access to your personal data and rectification or erasure of your personal data, or a restriction on the processing or to object to the processing, as well as the right to data portability. You may access, update or remove data from the system, as well as delete your account permanently by logging into your user account. To object to data processing and to ask for data portability please send an e-mail request to the data controller at:
lietuva@deloittece.com or kvaliaugaite@deloittece.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a personal data supervisory authority in the country of your residence.

As a data subject, you may choose not to provide your personal data, but in such case it will not be possible to prepare and sign an employment contract. The same applies to your request to rectify or erase your data at a later date during the hiring process.

By acknowledging the information on your personal data processing you also confirm that you acknowledge that during the onboarding process you may receive confidential information regarding Deloitte Central Europe and DTTL affiliates (including but not limited to anything confidential shared or learnt during the hiring process, including information included in the offer letter or in the employment contract proposal or any other Deloitte internal information), and you are obliged to treat all this information as confidential, which means that you are prohibited from disseminating or disclosing it or using this information for any other purpose than the purposes stipulated herein.
The confidentiality obligations contained herein shall remain in full force and effect until the data remain confidential (not known or publicly available) or for a period of five years, whichever is longer.
Non-adherence to the above may result in appropriate actions in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.

Informacija apie jūsų asmens duomenų tvarkymą

Norint užmegzti darbo santykius, būtina rinkti ir tvarkyti Jūsų asmens duomenis tokia apimtimi:

• duomenys, reikalingi darbo sutarčiai parengti pagal Lietuvos Respublikos darbo kodekso reikalavimus, ir kurie yra nurodyti atitinkamoje sistemoje pateiktoje anketoje.

Siekiant užtikrinti, kad būtų laikomasi Deloitte įdarbinimo platformos Naudojimosi sąlygų, būtina rinkti ir tvarkyti:

• įdarbinimo platformos surinktus prisijungimo duomenis (lankytojo IP adresas ir vartotojo duomenys, nurodyti Pranešime apie slapukus)

šiems subjektams, kurie priklauso Deloitte¹ CE² įmonių grupei arba jų pardavėjams ar administracinių ir IT paslaugų tiekėjams:

Asmens duomenų valdytojas ir duomenų tvarkytojas(-ai) nustatė technologines, fizines, administracines ir procedūrines apsaugos priemones, atitinkančias versle pripažintus standartus, siekiant apsaugoti ir užtikrinti tvarkomų asmens duomenų konfidencialumą, vientisumą ar prieinamumą; užkirsti kelią neteisėtam asmens duomenų naudojimui ar neteisėtai prieigai prie jų arba užkirsti kelią asmens duomenų saugumo pažeidimui (saugumo incidentui) pagal Deloitte CE instrukcijas, politiką ir taikomus įstatymus.

Asmens duomenys bus prieinami toliau nurodytiems asmens duomenų gavėjams arba gavėjų kategorijoms:
Deloitte Talent komandos atstovai, atitinkamos Deloitte komandos nariai/Deloitte CE vadovybė
Asmens duomenys taip pat gali būti atskleisti valdžios institucijoms, kurios gali gauti asmens duomenis per konkretų tyrimą pagal galiojančius įstatymus.

Laikotarpis, kurį bus saugomi jūsų pateikti ir įdarbinimo proceso metu surinkti asmens duomenys:
i) Darbo sutarties rengimo laikotarpiui ir tuo atveju, jei sutartis nepasirašyta, duomenys bus nedelsiant, ne vėliau kaip per 1 savaitę, ištrinami,
ii) jei darbo sutartis sudaroma - įdarbinimo laikotarpiui ir trijų mėnesių laikotarpiui po darbo santykių pasibaigimo, arba kiek reikalaujama pagal galiojančius įstatymus.
Įdarbinimo platformos surinkti naudotojo prisijungimo duomenys, įskaitant IP adresą, bus saugomi 6 mėnesius.
Pasibaigus šiam laikotarpiui jūsų asmens duomenys bus visiškai nuasmeninti arba ištrinti.

Jūs pripažįstate, kad kaip asmens duomenų subjektas, turite teisę prašyti prieigos prie savo asmens duomenų ir ištaisyti ar ištrinti savo asmens duomenis arba apriboti duomenų tvarkymą bei nesutikti, kad duomenys būtų tvarkomi, taip pat teisę į duomenų perkėlimą. Galite peržiūrėti, atnaujinti arba pašalinti duomenis iš sistemos, taip pat visam laikui ištrinti paskyrą prisijungę prie savo vartotojo paskyros. Norėdami nesutikti, kad jūsų duomenys būtų tvarkomi, ir prašyti duomenų perkėlimo, siųskite prašymą duomenų valdytojui el. paštu: lietuva@deloittece.com arba kvaliaugaite@deloittece.com.

Jūs taip pat turite teisę pateikti skundą asmens duomenų priežiūros institucijai šalyje, kurioje gyvenate.

Kaip duomenų subjektas galite nuspręsti nepateikti savo asmens duomenų, tačiau tokiu atveju negalėsime parengti ir pasirašyti darbo sutarties. Tas pats galioja ir jūsų prašymui ištaisyti arba ištrinti duomenis tolimesniame įdarbinimo procese.

Patvirtindami informaciją apie jūsų asmens duomenų tvarkymą, taip pat patvirtinate, kad suvokiate, kad įdarbinimo proceso metu galite gauti konfidencialią informaciją apie Deloitte Central Europe ir DTTL filialus (įskaitant, bet neapsiribojant, bet ką konfidencialaus, kuo buvo pasidalinta ar sužinota įdarbinimo procese, įskaitant informaciją, pateiktą darbo pasiūlyme arba darbo sutarties pasiūlyme, arba bet kokią kitą Deloitte vidinę informaciją) ir jūs privalote visą šią informaciją laikyti konfidencialia, o tai reiškia, kad jums draudžiama ją skleisti ar atskleisti arba naudoti šią informaciją bet kokiais kitais tikslais, nei nurodyta čia.
Čia nurodyti konfidencialumo įsipareigojimai galioja iki tol, kol duomenys išlieka konfidencialūs (nežinomi arba viešai prieinami) arba penkerius metus, atsižvelgiant į tai, kuris laikotarpis yra ilgesnis.
Nesilaikant aukščiau pateiktų nuostatų, gali būti imtasi atitinkamų veiksmų pagal galiojančius įstatymus ir kitus  teisės aktus.
