Information on your personal data processing

In order to establish the employment relationship, it is necessary to collect and process your personal data in the following scope:

• data necessary for the preparation of the employment contract in accordance with the requirements of the Labour Law of the Republic of Latvia, as presented in the respective questionnaire displayed in the system.

In order to ensure compliance with the Terms of Use for Deloitte onboarding platform it is necessary to collect and process:

• access data collected by the onboarding platform (visitor’s IP address and user data indicated in Cookie Notice).

by the following entities that belong to the Deloitte¹ CE² group of companies or by their vendors or administrative services and IT suppliers:

The personal data controller and data processor(s) established technological, physical, administrative and procedural safeguards all in line with the industry accepted standards in order to protect and ensure the confidentiality, integrity or accessibility of the personal data processed; prevent the unauthorized use of or unauthorized access to the personal data or prevent a personal data breach (security incident) in accordance with Deloitte CE instructions, policies and applicable laws.

The personal data will be made accessible to the following personal data recipients or categories of recipients:
Deloitte Talent team representatives, members of the respective Deloitte team/Deloitte CE leadership
The personal data may be also disclosed to the public authorities which may receive personal data in the framework of a particular inquiry in accordance with the applicable laws.

The period for which the personal data provided by you and collected in the onboarding process will be stored is:
i) For the period of preparation of the employment contract and in case the contract is not signed the data should be deleted immediately, no later than 1 week thereafter.
ii) if employment contract is signed for a duration of an employment and a period of three months after the termination of the employment relationship or as required by applicable law.
Visitor’s IP address collected by the recruitment platform will be stored for 6 months.

After this period expires your personal data will be fully anonymized or deleted.

You acknowledge that as a personal data subject you have the right to request access to your personal data and rectification or erasure of your personal data, or a restriction on the processing or to object to the processing, as well as the right to data portability. You may access, update or remove data from the system, as well as delete your account permanently by logging into your user account. To object to data processing and to ask for data portability please send an e-mail request to the data controller at:
latvia@deloittece.com or mkozevnikova@deloittece.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a personal data supervisory authority in the country of your residence.

As a data subject, you may choose not to provide your personal data, but in such case it will not be possible to prepare and sign an employment contract. The same applies to your request to rectify or erase your data at a later date during the hiring process.

By acknowledging the information on your personal data processing you also confirm that you acknowledge that during the onboarding process you may receive confidential information regarding Deloitte Central Europe and DTTL affiliates (including but not limited to anything confidential shared or learnt during the hiring process, including information included in the offer letter or in the employment contract proposal or any other Deloitte internal information), and you are obliged to treat all this information as confidential, which means that you are prohibited from disseminating or disclosing it or using this information for any other purpose than the purposes stipulated herein.
The confidentiality obligations contained herein shall remain in full force and effect until the data remain confidential (not known or publicly available) or for a period of five years, whichever is longer.
Non-adherence to the above may result in appropriate actions in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.

Lai tiktu nodibinātas darba attiecības, ir nepieciešams apkopot un apstrādāt Jūsu personas datus šādā apjomā:

Dati, kas norādīti aptaujas veidlapā tīmekļa vietnē un kas atbilstoši Latvijas Republikas Darba likuma prasībām nepieciešami darba līguma sagatavošanai.

Lai nodrošinātu Deloitte personāla atlases platformas lietošanas noteikumu ievērošanu, ir nepieciešams apkopot un apstrādāt:

• personāla atlases platformas apkopotie dati par piekļuvi jūsu kontam (lietotāja IP adrese un dati, kas norādīti Sīkfailu paziņojumā),

ko veic šādas organizācijas, kas pieder Deloitte¹ CE² uzņēmumu grupai, vai to piegādātāji vai administratīvo un IT pakalpojumu sniedzēji:

Personas datu pārzinis un datu apstrādātājs(-i) ir ieviesuši tehnoloģiskus, fiziskus, administratīvus un procesuālus aizsardzības pasākumus atbilstoši nozarē pieņemtajiem standartiem, lai aizsargātu un nodrošinātu apstrādāto personas datu konfidencialitāti, integritāti vai pieejamību; novērstu personas datu neatļautu izmantošanu vai nesankcionētu piekļuvi tiem vai novērstu personas datu pārkāpumu (drošības incidentu) saskaņā ar Deloitte CE instrukcijām, politikām un piemērojamiem tiesību aktiem.

Personas dati būs pieejami šādiem personas datu saņēmējiem vai saņēmēju kategorijām:
Personāla daļas pārstāvjiem, attiecīgās Deloitte komandas/Deloitte CE vadības locekļiem
Personas datus var izpaust arī valsts iestādēm, kuras var saņemt personas datus pamatojoties uz konkrētu pieprasījumu saskaņā ar spēkā esošajiem tiesību aktiem.

Periods, kurā jūsu sniegtie un darbā pieņemšanas procesā apstrādātie personas dati tiks glabāti:
i) ja darba līgums netiks parakstīts - darba līguma sagatavošanas posmā, pēc kā visi personas tādi tiks dzēsti nekavējoties, bet ne vēlāk kā nedēļas laikā;
ii) ja darba līgums tiks parakstīts – visu darba tiesisko attiecību pastāvēšanas laiku un vēl 3 mēnešus pēc darba tiesisko attiecību izbeigšanas vai kā noteikts piemērojamos tiesību aktos.
Personāla atlases platformas apkopotās lietotāju IP adreses tiks glabātas 6 mēnešus. Pēc šī perioda beigām jūsu personas dati tiks pilnībā anonimizēti vai dzēsti.

Jūs atzīstat, ka jums kā personas datu subjektam ir tiesības pieprasīt piekļuvi saviem personas datiem un savu personas datu labošanu vai dzēšanu, vai apstrādes ierobežošanu vai iebilst pret apstrādi, kā arī tiesības uz datu pārnesamību. Jūs varat piekļūt datiem, atjaunināt vai noņemt no datus no sistēmas, kā arī neatgriezeniski dzēst savu kontu, piesakoties savā lietotāja kontā. Lai iebilstu pret datu apstrādi un pieprasītu datu pārnesamību, lūdzam nosūtīt pieprasījumu datu pārzinim uz e-pastu: latvia@deloittece.com or mkozevnikova@deloittece.com.

Jums ir arī tiesības iesniegt sūdzību personas datu uzraudzības iestādei jūsu dzīvesvietas valstī.

Kā datu subjekts jūs varat izlemt nesniegt savus personas datus, tomēr šādā gadījumā jūsu pieteikums būs jāizslēdz no darbā pieņemšanas procesa. Tas pats attiecas uz jūsu pieprasījumu labot vai dzēst savus datus arī vēlāk darbā pieņemšanas procesa laikā.

Apstiprinot informāciju par savu personas datu apstrādi, jūs arī apstiprināt, ka apliecināt, ka darbā pieņemšanas procesa laikā varat saņemt konfidenciālu informāciju par Deloitte Centrāleiropu un DTTL saistītajiem uzņēmumiem (tostarp, bet ne tikai, visu konfidenciālo informāciju, kas kopīgota vai uzzināta darbā pieņemšanas procesa laikā, tostarp informācija kas ir iekļauta piedāvājuma vēstulē vai darba līguma priekšlikumā vai jebkurā citā Deloitte iekšējā informācijā), un jums ir pienākums visu šo informāciju uzskatīt par konfidenciālu, kas nozīmē, ka jums ir aizliegts to izplatīt vai izpaust vai izmantot šo informāciju jebkādiem citiem mērķiem. Kas nav paredzēti šajā paziņojumā.

Šeit ietvertie konfidencialitātes pienākumi ir spēkā līdz datu konfidencialitātei (nav zināmi vai pieejami publiski) vai [piecus] gadus atkarībā no tā, kurš no šiem periodiem ir ilgāks.

Iepriekš minētā neievērošana var novest pie noteiktām darbībām vai sekām, kas paredzētas spēkā esošajos normatīvajos aktos.
