Romuald Paprzycki is a Partner, Head of Global Clients Operations in Finevare team, Deloitte Advisory, Poland, Warsaw. He is an experienced professional in delivery and development of risk management solutions in FSI and other industries, with over 20 years of practice. Currently, Romuald is leading business development activities, centred on Finevare (the Deloitte IT platform, nowadays focused on IFRS9 implementation). Before this role, he was leading IT-based projects in the area of development and implementation of technology and procedural solutions supporting risk management in financial institutions. His main domain were group-wide implementations for big financial institutions in Central Europe and beyond.
