Our Career Start Programme gives you the chance to dive straight into the business world, use your knowledge and skills, and become part of a unique culture. You will learn how to lead at every level and grow your network and skills.

Each of our juniors is assigned a buddy and a coach from day one to support them in all their concerns – from getting to know the company to making crucial career decisions:

  • Your buddy is the person who serves as your first point of contact for all your questions and concerns. They help you find your way around the company, get to know your team and launch into your everyday work.
  • Your coach will help you with everything concerning your career. They’re there for you if you are uncertain or unclear about your career path and will give you advice when it comes to making career decisions. Your coach will give you feedback and help you steer your career in a direction where you can be successful and fulfilled.

We need your passion and drive

Our junior programmes are suitable for all graduates have between one and two years of work experience – including internships. This is what we expect from you:

  • excellent Bachelor's, Master's or PhD degree
  • excellent command of English, German and/or French, with additional languages being an advantage
  • open, communicative team player
  • driven, motivated and inquisitive attitude
  • ability to think analytically and take a structured approach to work

When I came across the “Women in Tech Bootcamp,” organized by Deloitte, I knew it would be a perfect fit. It is a great initiative that helps bring women without a technical background into more technical fields. There are numerous opportunities to develop your career through trainings, but also through a variety of initiatives. You can grow through regular exchanges with senior team members, but also by taking on more responsibilities.
