Purchase of additional holidays
After at least one year of employment with Deloitte, you may purchase up to 10 additional holidays (adjusted pro rata for part time employees) per calendar year.
Taking a career break or unpaid leave can be a way of enhancing your personal and professional development. Deloitte offers you the opportunity to take up to six months to pursue alternative interests or activities, while continuing the employment relationship with us.
A career break can for example focus on:
- The birth or adoption of a child
- Taking care of family needs
- Pursuit of sports-related or other personal goals
- Charity work
