The Ospelt Group has decades of experience in the development, production and marketing of leading national and international private-label brands in a wide range of segments of the food and pet-food market. The Group is also successful in the Swiss market with its Malbuner and Le Parfait brands. Established in 1958, the company is run by the second generation of the founding family. With almost 2000 employees, it makes products at seven factories in five locations in Liechtenstein, Switzerland and Germany. At Ospelt, it’s all about food: food matters.

Sowind Group
Sowind Group is a collective of two luxury watch brands, Ulysse Nardin and Girard Perregaux, historically nestled in the Swiss Jura mountains. These two brands are among the oldest independent integrated high-end watch manufactures and have significantly contributed to the watchmaking industry progress, both from a technical and design point of view. This contribution has been countless times rewarded, also in recent years, through the Aiguille d'Or prize at the 2013 GPHG for the Girard Perregaux Constant Escapement or the Iconic Watch prize at the 2023 GPHG for the Ulysse Nardin Freak ONE. Both brands of Sowind Group offer audacious and modern timepieces with high horological content.

Acrotec Group
Acrotec is an independent group created by micromechanics professionals. Its main objective is to be a reference subcontractor, offering a wide range of manufacturing processes for precision components. Its strategy is to provide "Swiss-made" quality products to the entire watch and jewelry industry, the medical industry, as well as to the automotive, electronics and aeronautical sectors.
Acrotec is distinguished by its extensive expertise, cooperatively, in precision machining (CNC turning, CNC multi-spindle turning, cam turning, 3 & 5-axis milling, micro-turning, transfer and machining of precious metals), by supporting processes (surface treatment, cutting, assembly, heat treatment, finishing and laser engraving) and by specific processes (UV-Liga component production, wire erosion/sinking, synthetic stone machining, rolling, spring forming, machine and tool production and silicon engraving - DRIE). The Group currently employs over 2,000 people.
ATP Adhesive systems
ATP specialises in the development and manufacture of client specific pressure sensitive, and heat activated adhesive tapes with own developed formulations. ECSA Group
Emanuele Centonze Holding AG is a Group active in wholesale trade in various sectors. The Group includes three main companies. ECSA Chemicals AG: international trade in raw materials and distribution of chemicals. ECSA Energy SA: distribution of petroleum products and management of petrol stations. ECSA Maintenance AG: distribution of industrial equipments and materials (lubricants, personal protective equipment, paints and varnishes, detergents).
Läderach
Läderach - chocolatier suisse, the Swiss chocolate manufacturer, stands for three core values: freshness, artisanal skills, and Swissness. Founded in 1962, the family company employs approximately 1,700 people from more than 50 countries across the Group, which is headquartered in the Swiss canton of Glarus. Läderach oversees the entire production process from the cocoa bean to the store counter and manufactures its chocolate exclusively in Switzerland. This makes them one of just a few premium producers to guarantee sustainable quality from the cocoa bean to the end product.
