Andrea is a Director of our Valuation practice in Switzerland and has 15 years of financial advisory, business modelling and valuation experience. Andrea is a certified chartered accountant in Italy and in his working experience has been involved in cross boarder M&A both sell and buy sides, join ventures, fairness opinion, deal models, tax valuations, accounting and compliance valuation, disputes and IPOs with focus on Consumer and Industrial markets.
