Jochen Wehrli-Ducaud

Jochen is a Director in the M&A Tax Core Team, specialising in tax audit/accounting and M&A post-closing, at Deloitte in Zurich.

He has more than 15 years of experience working in tax consulting and audit. He also has relevant industry experience, working in the tax department of a multinational energy trading company for several years.

Jochen has a vast hands-on experience in improving operating strategy and organisation of tax functions, tax processes and tax risk management, in developing, analysing and validating tax planning opportunities and strategies. He is also in regular contact with the tax authorities in Switzerland in order to discuss and negotiate tax ruling requests.
