Steve developed a wide Banking expertise by leading and participating in several business & operational projects throughout different areas & departments within multinational institutions. His area of expertise covers single analysis & implementation projects as well as complex multi-bank platform and Core System implementations. Steve’s project experience encompasses the entire project lifecycle from strategy & initiation through to implementation of change and subsequent benefits realisation.
