Who We Are Looking for

We primarily recruit individuals:

  • with degree or above in any disciplines while taxation, accounting, finance, law, computer science, Japanese or a business related discipline preferred;
  • that are motivated and who aspire to launch their careers with Deloitte China/Hong Kong;
  • with the ability to read, write, and speak Mandarin for applying China offices, and with a good command of Cantonese for applying Hong Kong office;
  • that are eligible to work in China or Hong Kong;
  • with excellent ability to read, write, listen and speak Japanese or with JLPT N1 Certificate

Recruitment Process

Shortlisted candidates will go through the entire campus recruitment process in Japan. If you are selected for an interview, you may expect a combination of Online Written Test, an on-site Group Assessment and Partner Interview. Successful candidates will receive offers for full-time employment with Deloitte China/Hong Kong.

Step 1 Online Application  (1-31 March 2016)

Take about 20 minutes to complete your profile and application form including education, career motivation, position and responsibility of work experience.

Step 2 Online Test  (Early April 2016)

Deloitte China has adopted Ability Test and Occupational Personality Questionnaire. The Ability Test includes Verbal Reasoning Ability Test, Numerical Reasoning Ability Test and Logical Reasoning Ability Test.

Step 3 Group Assessment and Partner interview (Late April 2016)

Participate in a four-step group assessment including self-reading, peer group discussion, presentation and Q&A; and distinguish yourself from your peers. Assessors will supervise and evaluate your performance at each step.

Be yourself and convince a Deloitte partner or director of your talent in a 30-minute face-to-face interview. Prepare to talk about yourself and discuss specific experiences that demonstrate relevant competencies.

Step 4 Offer  (May 2016)

If you have been successful throughout the whole selection process, you will receive a formal written offer soon. We look forward to having you on-board in the near future!
