What graduate positions are available this year? How many graduates do you plan to hire?

Deloitte China is looking to recruit more than 2,500 graduates with potential to join our diverse services including Audit & Assurance, Consulting, Financial Advisory, Risk Advisory, Tax and Business Advisory, and our Global Delivery Center. Our comprehensive range of services covers 21 cities. We are expecting the new hires to join us in the second half of 2020.

 

I am a recent graduate, can I apply this year's graduate recruitment?

We welcome all graduates who have the abode of rights in Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong and Macau. If you are a local or overseas graduate in 2019 and 2020, holding bachelor, master or doctoral degree, we welcome you to apply.

 

Do you have any preference on degree majors?

As a professional services firm that adopts a multidisciplinary approach in serving our clients, we welcome graduates with all majors. We look for multiple competencies and potentials. Deloitte, as the world's largest professional services firm, recorded an aggregate revenue of US$43.2 billion last year which leads the industry for three consecutive years. We also offer the most comprehensive range of services. We do not only look graduates who are business related majors. As our digital business transforms, we also welcome graduates who are major in mathematics, science, engineering and technology to join us. At the same time, we also welcome Japanese and Korean speaking graduates to join our diverse workforce.



I have applied your intern position before, can I apply this year graduate recruitment?

Yes, you are welcome to apply our graduate position. Please choose the corresponding account (Graduate Recruitment/Internship) during registration. If you are applying for graduate position but have already signed up for an internship account before, please register a new account. Please use different mailbox to register for different account.

 

Can I apply for multiple positions at once?

You can only apply one position in Deloitte China (includes Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong and Macau). Please consider carefully before you submit your application. Once you have submitted your application, you can not update your resume anymore. If your first preference is not being considered, we would consider your second choice position and office location.

 

I have previously applied the internship programme or Deloitte Club, would there be any exemption this year on assessment eg online test or interviews?

All candidates have to go through the screening process. If you have previously joined our internship programme or you are a member of our Deloitte Club, and have outperformed during your internship, you might be exempted for online test/hackathon group exercises, or being offered for partner's interview given you have completed the online test and group assessment before.

 

What is the schedule of this year's graduate recruitment?

  • 9 August – 13 October: Online Application – upon completion, we will send you a confirmation email via our system.
  • September - October: Online Test – including 4 parts, cognitive questionnaire, psychometric questionnaire, cultural fit questionnaire/english written test. 
  • October – November: Assessment Centre – Hackathon group exercises and manager's interview
  • October – December: Partner interview
  • November – December: Offer Release

 

Does the interview have to be conducted in person? Is it possible to arrange for a phone interview?

In general, we would prefer to have a face-to-face interview if your schedule permits. Depending on the recruitment progress, we would try to coordinate the schedule that work best for you. Nonetheless, if you could not make it within our recruitment period, please reach out to our campus recruitment team via:-

I'm still an undergraduate, may I know how to participate Deloitte's recruitment programme?

We are welcome all undergraduates to follow Deloitte. For non-final year students, we have winter internship (Audit & Assurance), summer internship (Consulting Strategy), Deloitte Club, as well as an all year round Project Intern Programme. Other than that, you can also participate in our different campus-related competitions e.g. Deloitte Digital & Difference Camp, Deloitte Tax Championship etc. You can get our latest campus information and timeline through our official website or WeChat account.
