Recruitment Process

Your first step to making an impact 

Step 1: Online application

Your first step is to complete your profile and application form through a mobile device or computer. This will take around 30 minutes and is your first chance to impress. You’ll be asked to provide us with details of your education, positions of responsibility and work experience, and career motivation. After your online application, you will receive an invitation to complete a questionnaire about your preferred work style.

Step 2: Online test

As part of your application, you’ll sit in a series of online tests. These include cognitive test, psychometric questionnaire and English writing test. Cognitive test includes Verbal, Numerical and Logical Reasoning. We’ll send you an invitation to take the tests once your application has been shortlisted. You may be invited to do a validation test at the later stage of the assessments.

Step 3: Group assessment

Once you pass the online test, you’ll be invited to attend an assessment center. This includes a dual-activity covering a group discussion and a mini task session. If you are overseas and are unable to attend the assessment, we will contact you separately to discuss alternative arrangement.
 

Step 4: Partner interview

If you impress us at the assessment center, you’ll be asked to interview with one of our Deloitte partners or directors. Be ready to talk about yourself for around 30 minutes and give examples which show how your competencies fit the role. The best way to make an impact? Be yourself and be prepared.

Step 5: Offer

If we think you have what it takes to deliver exceptional every day, we’ll make a formal written offer soon after your partner interview.
