Speakers

Professor Aswath Damodaran
Professor of Finance at the Stern School of Business at New York University

He is renowned and widely respected as an expert on corporate valuation, commonly referred to as the “Dean of Valuation”. He is typically referenced throughout our work in practice, as a trusted source of information, and can be found in several interviews with CNBC and the Economic Times for his expert opinion.

Professor Damodaran has published several books on valuation and corporate finance, with articles and writings also published in journals such as The Journal of Finance, The Journal of Financial Economics and the Review of Financial Studies.

Michael Yu
Deloitte China Financial Advisory Partner

Michael joined Deloitte in 1997 and has worked across Deloitte Shanghai, Beijing, Hong Kong, and Melbourne offices since then.

Michael is specialized in providing M&A transaction related services with a focus on financial due diligence, valuation, SPA review and negotiation support.
