Survey report on post-M&A cultural integration of Chinese enterprises

Driven by rapid growth and global competition, the M&A upsurge is sweeping across China. According to our research, cultural difference is the most common reason blamed for failed cases. For the first time, Deloitte made survey on leading enterprises in over 10 industries, collected abundant first-hand information regarding typical M&A cases and formulated the report. We hope it will be a valuable reference for Chinese enterprises to conduct post-M&A cultural integration.
