Deloitte’s Asset Back Securitization (ABS) Team has over 800 professionals in the globe with securitization experience across more than 80 countries and regions. Deloitte was awarded as Top CPA Firm of Securitization by International Securitization Report (ISR) of Thomson Financial for 11 consecutive years.

In 2005, Deloitte began to lead ABS pilot projects of China Development Bank and China Construction Bank, actively promoting the development of China’s securitization market.

Deloitte occupied the highest shares in China’s ABS projects offered successfully. As of 28 February 2015, Deloitte has provided advisory service to 32 projects (30%) with value of RMB170 billion (40%) among all Credit ABS projects that are offered successfully by Chinese financial institutions.

Deloitte China’s ABS Team has over 10 partners to provide financial, tax, valuation, legal and financial technology service.
