David Wu

David is a Partner and Deloitte Consulting China Chief Operating Officer. David is based in Hong Kong, with 25+ years of advisory and financial services industry experience in Asia and Australia, specializing in leading major business consulting engagements, covering finance transformation, operating model design, performance management and technology implementations across a wide range of industry sectors.

Previously, David was the National Managing Partner overseeing Deloitte's CFO and COO services, leading a team of 400+ practitioners across Hong Kong and Mainland China.

David has also served as Deloitte's insurance sector leader for Hong Kong and led the firm's advisory relationships across a range of strategic global accounts.
