On 27 June 2016, Ezio Senatore and Neil Cussen were appointed as Voluntary Administrators to two entities within the Guvera group – Guvera Australia Pty Limited and Guv Services Pty Limited.

Guvera provide online music streaming services to subscribed users.

Following a breach of the Deed of Company Arrangement, creditors resolved to wind up the Companies. Ezio Senatore and Neil Cussen were subsequently appointed as Joint and Several Liquidators to Guvera Australia Pty Limited and Guv Services Pty Limited on 28 April 2017 and 16 June 2017 respectively.

On 16 March 2018, Ezio Senatore resigned as Liquidator of the Companies and Neil Cussen remain as sole Liquidator of the Companies.
