Jan Goemaere is the responsible partner for a national team of M&A & Finance of about 40 advisors within Deloitte Private | Accountancy & Advisory in Belgium. On top of that, he leads a Deloitte EMEA focus group on SME M&A transactions.
For more than 15 years Jan has been a sparring-partner of family owned SME’s, business owners and their management as well as private investors in all their M&A and Finance related situations: sellside & buyside advisory, company valuations, fundraising, M&A transaction support, financial assistance and general financial advisory.
His discretion, result-oriented and to the point approach result in a nice track record in various sectors such as retail, production, transport & logistics, trading, etc.
