Patrick is Managing Partner Delivery Transformation and Innovation. He is a member of the Deloitte Belgium Executive Committee and Belgium’s Consulting Leadership Team.
Since Patrick joined in 2004, he has advised clients across a variety of industries and helped them to deliver their customer-focused, technology-enabled business transformations. These digital programmes include building digital strategies and transforming customer experiences by implementing and operating cloud technologies that deliver personal and friction-less customer and employee journeys. Whether it is optimizing a client’s operational efficiency, increasing their revenue streams and/or reducing costs, Patrick’s successful record of tangible business impact inspires new ways of working and engaging client experiences. Patrick leads a number of key client relationships pre-dominantly in the Energy & Resource and Industrial Products industries.
He attaches great value to building new relationships, attracting diverse talent, and actively creates open environments of transparency, trust, and entrepreneurship.
