Rolf joined Deloitte in 1998 and assumed the role of CEO for Deloitte Belgium on June 1, 2023. As CEO, Rolf oversees the Executive Committee and provides strategic leadership for the firm. He is also a member of the Deloitte North and South Europe (NSE) Executive Committee.
With over two decades of experience as a partner, Rolf leverages his extensive knowledge to assist clients in shaping and implementing their business transformations. Since 2016, Rolf has served as the Managing Partner of the Consulting business, and he continues to act as the Lead Client Service partner for key accounts. Together with his leadership team, Rolf drives the organisation forward, upholding its current market leadership, unwavering commitment to exceptional quality and reliability, and its crucial role as a sustainable partner for organisations navigating today's economic and societal challenges.
Rolf's aspiration and focus, in collaboration with fellow partners and the more than 6,000 talented Deloitte employees, are centered around advancing Deloitte Belgium as an impactful organisation.
