Karen Higgins
Partner, Audit Advisory
Karen is a partner in Deloitte’s Audit Advisory practice. Karen has more than 25 years of experience with Canadian, US and International accounting standards. She is a subject matter expert on a variety of topics, including financial instruments, hedging and derivatives under all major accounting frameworks. Karen is a member of the Deloitte Global IFRS leadership team, and the leader of the Canadian IFRS Center of Excellence. Karen is also the vice-chair of the Accounting Standards Board (AcSB).
