Paul Hamam

Paul Hamam is a Partner and Senior Managing Director in the Corporate Finance Advisory Services group and the Consumer Industry leader for Corporate Finance. He has 13 years of mid-market M&A experience, and has completed buy-side and sell-side transactions as both advisor and principal. Prior to joining Deloitte, he led the development and execution of the growth strategy and corporate development of BrightPath Early Learning, as well as mid-market M&A advisory at E&Y Orenda Corporate Finance Inc. Paul holds a BBA from the Schulich School of Business and is designated as a Chartered Finance Analyst (CFA).
