Van Zorbas
Chief Culture and People Officer
Van Zorbas is the Chief Culture and People Officer (CCPO) for Deloitte Canada. As the CCPO, his portfolio includes, but is not limited to: Leadership Development, People Development, Talent Transformation, Employee Experience and Culture.
In his most recent role, Van was the Managing Partner for Canada’s Risk Advisory practice and brings over 20 years of experience in conceptualizing, designing, and implementing strategic business solutions enabled by technology, analytics and outsourcing.
Previous to this, Van was the Regional Consulting Leader in Western Canada where he was responsible for the overall strategy, financial performance and operations, and growth of Deloitte's Consulting services. In the global Canadian Consulting leader role, Van held the overall responsibility for the strategy and financial performance for Canada's consulting interests in Deloitte's global network.
Throughout his career, Van has worked with numerous Fortune 500 and FP 100 organizations in various industry sectors. He has served many clients across Canada in the energy and resources industry sector, as well as the public sector in their HR transformation process.
As a leader of the Canadian Risk Advisory practice, Van focuses his energy on increasing Deloitte’s market presence and operational excellence. In addition, Van is on the Global Risk Advisory Executive where he applies his extensive experience on collaborating cross-service.
