Capital Market Services Group (“CMSG”) is a multidisciplinary group dedicated to helping Deloitte China’s clients expand and excel through its seamless capital market services and solutions, including initial public offerings ("IPO") and other fundraising activities in major global capital markets.

We are built on a multidisciplinary model with quality as its DNA, to achieve our priorities of smart audit, smart growth, and smart talent. It is committed to offering end-to-end, real-time, and on the ground, quality services for the Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong, US and other capital markets through an integrated structure.

CMSG includes a Technical Services sub-team that focuses on providing on-site and rapid-response support for IPO and capital market transactions, and an Offering Services team that builds market eminence and leads the delivery of our IPO and capital market-related services. CMSG emphasizes service quality and technical excellence in its capital market service offerings. As a result, the Technical Services and Offering Services sub-teams are being integrated into a single, unified team to empower Deloitte China's capital market services operating model.

Furthermore, CMSG has core teams in four regions across the country, with around 100 partners from all other Functions, including Assurance, Consulting, Financial Advisory, Risk Advisory, and Tax. Together, they provide a comprehensive range of services and products that facilitate our IPO and capital market offerings. The majority of team members are dedicated to providing offering and technical services, supported by designated representatives from all other Functions and groups whose work is related to the ecosystem of capital market services offerings.
