Choose your own path

No two careers are the same. How you grow yours depends entirely on your ambitions and abilities.

But while your career to date might determine the level that you enter the firm, how far you go is entirely up to you. We’ve listed the roles you could expect to develop through on a typical career path, but the impact you make will be limited only by the scope of your ambitions.

Associate / Analyst

Many of our top leaders started their careers as associates or analysts. The focus here is on developing the skills you need to grow your career while learning how to build great client relationships and deliver innovative solutions. You’ll learn through dedicated programs, but your most valuable experiences will come from the world-class projects and clients you’ll be exposed to.

Senior / Senior Consultant

Seniors / Senior Consultants typically develop their talents as an associate or analyst and gain professional accreditation before they move into this more challenging role. As a senior, you’ll add your strengths to ours. And whether you’re managing client relationships or devising digital solutions, you’ll inspire and be inspired by gifted colleagues. You’ll also play a key role in business development, and begin to shape client strategies through business proposals.

Manager

As well as shaping client strategies, managers will get involve in winning new business and take a leading role in client liaison and portfolio management. Project planning and control and developing deliverables are major components of this role. As is motivating and mentoring team members to be the best they can be.

Senior Manager 

As a senior manager, you’ll help clients achieve their business goals. That means thinking strategically to minimize risks while seizing opportunities to innovate and add value. You’ll also play an active role in shaping our future and growing the firm as you build new client bases and drive the development of innovative products, services and solutions.

Director / Partner 

As a director or partner, you’ll build long-term relationships with high value clients. You’ll also be accountable for the client relationships owned by your teams, so it’s important that you inspire, coach and lead them to deliver exceptional work at every opportunity.
