Eligibility criteria and selection standard

Hong Kong TF20

Eligibility criteria:

• Be in business for a minimum of three years;

• Be headquartered within Hong Kong;

• Have base-year operating revenues of HK$1,000,000 in the first year of the three being analyzed;

• Own proprietary intellectual property or proprietary technology, sold to customers in products that contribute to a majority of the company's operating revenues.

Industry segments:

Participants can be public or private, and encompass all technology industry segments including:

• Hardware

• Software

• Communications

• Media

• Life sciences

• Clean Technology
  

Selection standard:

The 2017 Deloitte Hong Kong Technology Fast 20 winners are based on percentage revenue growth for three years for each company.

Note: The actual revenue of the participated companies will not be announced. This Program only releases the revenue growth rate of the selected companies during the evaluation period.

Hong Kong Rising Star

Awarded to companies that meet all of the main Technology Fast 20 criteria, but have not yet been trading for three years.

The nomination process for the Rising Star award is the same nomination process as the Technology Fast 20 award. The only difference is that the Rising Star applicants will not have three years of verified financial data and do not meet the HK$ 1 million revenue threshold.

Eligibility requirements:

• Be headquartered within Hong Kong;

• Own leading technology and viable business models and it can contribute to a majority of the company's operating revenues;

• Have vast space for growth and leading position in its sector.

• Business valuation

• Founding team

• Technological innovation

• Industry prospect

How to apply

Application steps:

1. Fill in the basic information of the enterprise online;
2. Fill in the CEO questionnaire online;
3. Submit audit report for the last 3 years online;
4. Submit audit report for the last 3 years to Deloitte.
