Aisléan is a Business Tax  advisory partner with more than twenty years’ UK tax experience.  She advises on business and group restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, financing structures, entry into new territories, new contracts and business models, tax strategy and the consequences of tax law changes.

Before joining Deloitte Ireland, Aisléan spent more than 18 years with Deloitte UK advising domestic and multinational companies on UK corporate and international tax matters.
