Peeyush Arya

Peeyush is a partner with the Consulting practice of Deloitte India, based out of Chennai. He has worked in consulting for more than 15 years on a variety of assignments, both in India and abroad. His work spans two clusters—the first being the fast-growing, emerging cluster that includes financial services, IT/ITES, media, and pharmaceuticals; the second consists of well-established manufacturing industries such as cement, automotive, and aluminium.

Peeyush has developed an experience-led expertise in organization design and transformation, specializing in long-term transformation programs that take accountability of business outcomes. He works as an advisor to top and executive teams, helping them implement strategy through alignment, review of organization structure, and strategic talent management.

Prior to consulting, Peeyush ran his family business for three years. He graduated from University of Madras and holds an MBA from IIM Bangalore.
