Silvia is a Consulting Technology Partner with more than 20 years experience in Consulting Finance Transformation and SAP services area. She is a Deloitte Central Mediterranean and North South Europe (NSE) Board Member, and Chair of the Partnership Council and Consulting People & Purpose Leader for Deloitte Central Mediterranean (DCM).
Silvia is a Finance Transformation and Controlling expert and her area of activity includes: Finance Strategy Planning & Budgeting, Accounting & Consolidation, Management & Statutory Reporting, IFRS Transition, Performance Management.
Silvia is leader of several international projects of design/implementation of financial processes and systems (SAP, Oracle), Business restructuring, Change management, efficiency optimization, Shared Services design and implementation and Finance Process outsourcing.
