Kazumasa Yuki is a Japan Tax Deputy CEO and an international tax partner with Deloitte Tohmatsu Tax Co. in Tokyo. Since joining Deloitte in 1996, most of his client portfolio has existed of international clients, especially Japanese Multinationals companies. He has 2 years’ experience on secondment to Deloitte London and was involved with various projects, such as cross-border reorganisation projects in the European region. His expertise includes cross-border M&A planning, setting up cross-border tax structuring, and Japanese CFC rules. He is also providing tax management consulting services. Kazumasa received a Bachelor of Economics from Keio University (Japan) and is a member of the Japanese Certified Public Tax Accountants.
