Whether guiding the regeneration of unloved cityscapes, enabling critical infrastructure projects or working with our audit colleagues to assess the reliability of property valuations, the team blends deep property technical knowledge with business consulting skills.

The team focuses on the following key areas of expertise: development advisory, town planning, compulsory purchase and valuation advisory.

Currently encompassing over 100 colleagues, the team recruits at all levels of experience, from seasoned property professionals through to those just leaving university, with our graduates working to qualify as Chartered Surveyors (RICS) or Chartered Town Planners (RTPI).
